Solutions

For multi-housing laundry we offer 3 solutions:

CONCESSION LEASE: We install all new SpeedQueen coin or card operated washers and dryers, ancillary equipment such as waste receptacles, signage, etc. and provide our own prompt service on this equipment, and pay as rent a commission on all revenue collected.

LEASE WITH SERVICE: We supply the washers and dryers and service at a fixed monthly rate.

PURCHASE: Your purchase the equipment—take advantage of the tax benefits—and we maintain and service it for a reasonable rate; either on a per call basis or a contract service basis.
